1. The Easy entrie is sold with a 1 year guarantee on materials and labour.
2. Repairs and return transportation are included in the guarantee for the 1st year.
3. The machine will be repaired and returned to the buyer by Easy entrie in Germany within 2 days plus transportation time.
4. After this 1 year guarantee has expired, a service contract will be available for purchase by the buyer if required.
5. The following repair costs are not included in the guarantee:
   1. Any losses or costs incurred by the buyer being unable to use Easy entrie due to breakdown or failure howsoever caused.
6. Repairs and carriage costs arising from the following are not covered by this guarantee:
   1. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
   2. Accidental damage.
   3. The use of non genuine Easy Entrie accessories – Rohlex, cutters, measuring blades.
